Backstory

Adalric Thor-biter, born in Togdha's deepest forges where his father molded iron wills as steadfastly as he did swords, grew up among fellow dwarves of the Miners Guild who revered freedom above all else. His curious mind and love for adventure saw him often daydreaming about lands beyond their stony hills—a sentiment that led to his self-appointment as an intrepid explorer against his family's wishes, a promise he felt honored by the guild itself when it entrusted Adalric with secretive quests. Holding secrets for others has always been in Adalric’s nature; however, this habit often entangled him into treacherous predicaments due to his insatiable curiosity and love of enigmas that he could never resist solving—even at peril's edge.
